Kokher was born and raised in SW Missouri into a very close and loving family, made up of his father, a grocery store owner and his mother, an elementary school teacher, along with his older sister and grandmother.
His mother claims that he was always a very good baby and young child and later on, did her best to get him involved in school, music and dance to no avail. By the age of 13, not only was he very physically matured for his age, he had lost all interest in these other things and was allowed to start having “girlfiends”, which is where his mother always felt they had let him down.
Throughout high school, Kokher always seemed to stay in some kind of trouble. After graduation, he was put in a young men’s detention center for 8months, paroled out to live with his sister in Colorado where he was involved in a serious car accident, after which he came home to recuperate…
…eventually starting, as well as graduating with a Ba degree from the college there in Joplin. Here he met his wife of 45years, producing three children. He worked as a city circulation manager for 17years, sold insurance for a few, and then Real Estate for 11 years. Kokher retired at 62 but continued working pt jobs for the next 8years as a custodian, waiter, customer care rep., construction worker and telemarketer.
Today, Kokher loves his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, plays pickleball every day,and is lovin’ livin’ his life in a low-income senior conclave behind a Walmarts there in Joplin Missouri, 64801.
